1) Eligibility (21+)

• Outcomes are not intended to enable winnings of money or anything of value.

3) Virtual Currency & Virtual Items

The Service may include fictional virtual currency (e.g., “coins”) and virtual items (“Virtual Items”). Virtual currency and Virtual Items:

• have no cash value and are not redeemable for money or anything of value;
• are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or exchanged outside the Service;
• are licensed to you for use within the Service and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

4) Accounts, Security, and Payments

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. If the Service offers optional purchases of Virtual Items, you authorize the charge and understand that (except where required by law) purchases are final and non-refundable.

5) Prohibited Conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using bots, automation, or unauthorized software.
• Attempting to access other users’ accounts, scrape data, or interfere with the Service.
• Harassment, hate speech, illegal activity, or uploading infringing content.
• Buying/selling accounts, Virtual Items, or Virtual currency outside the Service.

6) Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, games, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

7) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOBLE VALLEY HOUSE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns informally. These Terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Unless prohibited by law, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state and federal courts located in Delaware for disputes arising out of these Terms or the Service.

10) Suspension, Termination, and Changes

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms or to protect the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
