Billing & Refunds

1) In-app purchases & virtual items

Noble Valley House may offer optional in-app purchases (including subscriptions) that provide access to digital content, features, or virtual items (e.g., coins/credits/entitlements).

2) Billing, taxes, and renewal

Payments are processed by the store or payment provider you use (for example, Apple App Store or Google Play). Your purchase may be subject to applicable taxes, and you authorize the provider to charge the listed price plus any applicable taxes/fees.

If you purchase a subscription, it may auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date through your account settings in the applicable store/provider.

3) Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time through the platform where you purchased it. Deleting the app or closing an account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Access typically continues until the end of the current billing period (subject to the providers terms).

4) Refunds & limitations

All sales are generally final to the extent permitted by law. Refund decisions are made by the store/payment provider and governed by their policies. If a refund is granted, access to the refunded content/entitlements may be revoked and any related virtual items may be removed.

5) Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback, we may suspend or terminate access to the related account while the dispute is investigated. We may provide transaction information to the payment provider to help resolve the dispute.
